Who We Are

Restoration starts with the people who live closest to the land.

Since 2017, we've mobilized schools, smallholder farmers, women, and youth to restore land, conserve water, and build a local culture of environmental stewardship — believing lasting ecological recovery only happens when communities lead it themselves.

“Youth leadership and community empowerment are not separate from our work — they are the tools we use to make ecosystem restoration sustainable.”

We work with local administration, landowners, and community structures to identify degraded sites for restoration and to select farmers, schools, and households for our livelihoods and empowerment programs — prioritizing inclusion of women, youth, and marginalized groups such as teenage mothers.
